Can hashtags be predicted as I type, with a popup suggestion appearing after a few letters?

Yes, after typing a few letters, a small row of suggestions appears above the keyboard, allowing you to keep typing or tap to pick a suggested hashtag, such as #whatsapp, without interrupting your typing or changing your words.
