How it works
You say it. Amili sorts it out.
Amili is a personal assistant you can tell anything. It works out what you meant, keeps it, and does what it can. You only hear about the part that needs you.
Three places: Say, Do and Know.
The whole app is built around three words. You do not need to learn more than that.
Say
Where you tell it things. Type, speak, or add a photo. Half a sentence is fine.
No folders or tags. You never decide where something goes.
Do
The short list of things only you can do. A call, a signature, a choice.
Everything else Amili handles, or leaves alone. An empty list is a good day.
Know
What happened, in a line or two. The facts it keeps for you, ready when you ask.
It reaches you with a notification only when something needs you.
What happens after you say something.
One example: "Dentist moved me to Thursday 9:30, and the car insurance has to be renewed before the 12th."
- It is heard.Amili listens for anything new you send. That part is called the ear, and it runs all the time.
- It is sorted.One sentence can hold two things. Here: an appointment to remember, and a task with a date.
- The agents do their part.AI agents do the work that needs no one: note the appointment, draft what can be drafted, look up what you said before.
- You get the rest.The insurance is yours to do, so it lands on Do for the 12th. You get a short answer that says so.
- It remembers.Ask in March what you decided about the dentist, and you get your own answer back.

An assistant is only useful if you know where its hands stop. Here is the line.
Amili does
- Sorts what you say into to do, to remember, or just a thought.
- Remembers decisions, dates and the things you said no to.
- Drafts a message or a reply, for you to read first.
- Reminds you when a date comes near, and keeps the details with it.
You decide
- Money. It never pays for anything or starts a subscription.
- Anything sent as you. Nothing goes out without your yes for that exact message.
- Passwords and codes. It never asks for them and never types them.
- Anything you cannot undo. It asks first, every time.
Who answers you right now.
Amili is in a small private beta. Today its answers come from AI agents that Paulo, who built it, runs on his own computer, using Claude by Anthropic. Paulo reads along.
You should know that before you join. The privacy page says exactly what is kept and who reads it.

What is Amili?
Amili is a personal assistant you can tell anything, in a sentence, a voice note or a photo. It remembers what you told it, handles what it can, and only asks you for what truly needs you.
How is it different from a chat app?
A chat app answers when you ask and then waits, and a new chat starts from zero. Amili keeps what you told it, sorts it into things to do, things to remember and plain thoughts, and comes back to you only when something needs you.
Who reads what I say during the beta?
Paulo, who built Amili, and the AI agents he runs, using Claude by Anthropic. You appear under a coded label, not your name, and every read is logged. The privacy page has the details.
Will Amili spend money or send messages for me?
No. It never spends your money and never sends anything as you without your yes for that exact message.
Does it cost money?
The private beta opens on 14 October 2026. If Amili ever costs money, you see the price before you pay anything.
Is there a Chrome extension?
Yes. Download it from amili.ai/chrome-extension and load it in Chrome now; the Chrome Web Store version is coming. It opens Amili in Chrome's side panel and sends the page you are reading to Amili when you ask it to.
